Omura Sayaka:Kazunoko
Dry type is used by expensive restaurants. It't called "yellow diamond".
It comes from Canada,Alaska,Scotland,and Russia.
She spoke clearly but didn't use picture.

Tsutsumi Maya:Saba
It is different between Nouth and South about containing fat.
We can get EPA and DHA but Anisakis lives Saba's body.
She speak with no paper what she prepared.And she made eye contact.

Kashimori Haruki:Yagara
It seldom sell in supar market.It's delicious.
It has long mouse!We use it with baking,row,and miso soup.
His voice was small a little.So he should use big voice.

Kondou Ayaka:seawead
It contains a lot of fiber.It make our blood pressure down.
American don't eat seawead so they called seawead "weeds of sea".
Her presentation was short but be interesting.

Nakashima Fumika:Tsuna
Public osean bluefin tuna is the largest;4.5~5m.
They open to mouse and gill in the see.Even if they sleep,they are swimming.
Her presentation is interesting but short a little.

Kosaka Shion:Salmon roe
Salmon roe comes from Russia.Red one is salmon roe and black one is caviar.
The season it delicious is Sep~Nov.It is salty so use a lot of dishes.
She speak clearly and use a picture.

Yamashita Yurie:Hotate
Hotate is healthy food.It makes our eyesite and liver function good.
It is good for beauty but not use heat!
She use a amazing picture so very interesting!

Oki Mayumi:Salmon
They are usually in the osean.It is white fish.
It contains DHA and EPA,it can make our cholesterol down.
She used a picture what she added some comment.It's good.

~Pickles~

Jukurogi Ayano:Fukuzinduke Fukuzinduke is made by Maiji Era.
Its name is from "sitifukuzin".We often eat it with curry and rice.
Her voice was very clearly but there are no picture.

Omura Sayaka:Pickles Pickles is used many vagetables.
It has two type;sweet taset and not sweet tase.
Her presentation was interesting but quite difficult.

Asoshina Risa:Anchovy Anchovy is made from "Katakuchi iwashi".
It is like Oil sardines and made in Italy and Spanish.
Her presentation was good but her voice was small.

Arima Shino:Takuwan Takuwan is name of a parson.
We usually eat it with rice but some people eat it with bread.
Her presentation was very interesting and good at using explenation.

Konomi Saki:Takanaduke Takanaduke is incleded some nutrition.
But we had not better eat it so much because it is very salty.
Her voice was very cleary but she should use some picture.

Toshima syuko:Shibaduke Shibaduke is traditional food as well as Senmaiduke.
It protects food poison and has many nutrition.
She speaks clearly but no picture.

Masuda Chika:Kimuchi Kimuchi is good for health.
It is used Chinese cabbage and garlic paper.
Her presentation was interesting but quite difficult.

Matsumoto Yui:Umeboshi It is very salty.
We use it for "Onigiri",lunch. It protects bacteria.
She speaks clearly but no picture.
