Omura Sayaka:Kazunoko
Dry type is used by expensive restaurants. It't called "yellow diamond".
It comes from Canada,Alaska,Scotland,and Russia.
She spoke clearly but didn't use picture.

Tsutsumi Maya:Saba
It is different between Nouth and South about containing fat.
We can get EPA and DHA but Anisakis lives Saba's body.
She speak with no paper what she prepared.And she made eye contact.

Kashimori Haruki:Yagara
It seldom sell in supar market.It's delicious.
It has long mouse!We use it with baking,row,and miso soup.
His voice was small a little.So he should use big voice.

Kondou Ayaka:seawead
It contains a lot of fiber.It make our blood pressure down.
American don't eat seawead so they called seawead "weeds of sea".
Her presentation was short but be interesting.

Nakashima Fumika:Tsuna
Public osean bluefin tuna is the largest;4.5~5m.
They open to mouse and gill in the see.Even if they sleep,they are swimming.
Her presentation is interesting but short a little.

Kosaka Shion:Salmon roe
Salmon roe comes from Russia.Red one is salmon roe and black one is caviar.
The season it delicious is Sep~Nov.It is salty so use a lot of dishes.
She speak clearly and use a picture.

Yamashita Yurie:Hotate
Hotate is healthy food.It makes our eyesite and liver function good.
It is good for beauty but not use heat!
She use a amazing picture so very interesting!

Oki Mayumi:Salmon
They are usually in the osean.It is white fish.
It contains DHA and EPA,it can make our cholesterol down.
She used a picture what she added some comment.It's good.

~Pickles~

Jukurogi Ayano:Fukuzinduke Fukuzinduke is made by Maiji Era.
Its name is from "sitifukuzin".We often eat it with curry and rice.
Her voice was very clearly but there are no picture.

Omura Sayaka:Pickles Pickles is used many vagetables.
It has two type;sweet taset and not sweet tase.
Her presentation was interesting but quite difficult.

Asoshina Risa:Anchovy Anchovy is made from "Katakuchi iwashi".
It is like Oil sardines and made in Italy and Spanish.
Her presentation was good but her voice was small.

Arima Shino:Takuwan Takuwan is name of a parson.
We usually eat it with rice but some people eat it with bread.
Her presentation was very interesting and good at using explenation.

Konomi Saki:Takanaduke Takanaduke is incleded some nutrition.
But we had not better eat it so much because it is very salty.
Her voice was very cleary but she should use some picture.

Toshima syuko:Shibaduke Shibaduke is traditional food as well as Senmaiduke.
It protects food poison and has many nutrition.
She speaks clearly but no picture.

Masuda Chika:Kimuchi Kimuchi is good for health.
It is used Chinese cabbage and garlic paper.
Her presentation was interesting but quite difficult.

Matsumoto Yui:Umeboshi It is very salty.
We use it for "Onigiri",lunch. It protects bacteria.
She speaks clearly but no picture.

~Nutrition of food~

Kashimori Haruki:Iron The shortage of Iron causes anemia.
Excess Iron destrois DNA and fat.Liver of pork and chicken have lots of Iron.
He used some picture but his presentation was difficult to understand.

Takase Hikari:Dietary Fiber DietaryFiber has little kcal so it is known as a healthy food.
It has two types ; Water solubility and insolubility.Soy bean flour has lots of Fiber.
Her presentation was interesting for me but she should use some picture.

Konomi Saki:Vitamin There are 30 kind of Vitamin.
Two type:Water solubility and liposolubility.Vegetable has a lot of Vitamin.
Her voice was easy to listening but she should use some picuture.

Sugimoto Mayu:Calcium Calcium makes our new born.
Vitamin help me absorption of Calcium.Milk,Cheese,Japanese cabbage has lots of calcium.
Her presentation was clearly but she should use some picture.

Hamada Yuria:Fat Fat is one of the three major nutrients.
Fat makes from Carbohydrate.Liber has lots of fat.
She use a picture so I could understand easily.

Ichigi Miho:Iron Japanese people are suffering from anemia.
Pork,Chicken,Beef and HardClam have a lot of Iron.Prune is good.
Her presentation was interesting for me.

Tomeno Natsuki:Carotene Carotene stocks our liver and body fat.
Seasoned laver,Powdered green tea and Beefsteak plant has lots of Calotene.
Her presentation was clearly and interesting.

~home cooking in the world~

Yuria Hamada:ThaiLand The most famous home cooking is Gapao rice.
Gapao means herb.It looks like colorful.It's good for breakfast.
She voice was so clearly.She should prepare some picture.

Natsumi Sakai:USA There is no famouse home cooking.
But Pizza in the USA dosen't like Italy.
Her presentation was interesting but it was short and no picture.

Shion Kosaka:Chinese The north china is few fish and vegetable.
The south china is a lot of foods.Flour is used very much.
It was good of her to use some picture.

Miho Sagata:Korea Japchae is famous home cooking in Korea.
It's used "Sweet Potato Flour"."Tidimi" is called "Korean pancake".
Her presentaion was so detailed and used some picture.

Mayu Kawabata:France We imagine that French food is luxualy.
But Laxualy home cooking couldn't be eaten by common people.
Her presentation was amazing and used some picture.

Yui Matsumoto:Russia There are a lot of "hot" home cooking.
Borsch,Beef stroganoff,and Piroshki are famous.
Her voice was easy to listen.But she should use some picture.

Saori Tanaka:Spain There are a lot of home cooking used Olive oil.
Tortilla is Spanish Omlet in Japan.Gazpacho is icey soup.
Her presentaion was interesting and used some picture.

Mayumi Oki:Tart Tart has long history.Making it is so easy.
Apple tart is called "Apple pie".
She likes "strawberry tart":)
Her presentaion was so detailed but she should speak smoothly.

Natsuki Tomeno:Chocolate cake Chocolate cake was born in 1900s.
It is called Gâteau au chocolat in French.Basic chocolate cake is mix in sponge.
Using a little chocolate is not chocolate cake.
She spoke very clearly but she should prepare some picture.

Yuria Hamada:bûche de Noël It is often made in Christmas.
It lools stump.Making it is easy.In Bc,people cerebrated by burning woods.
Her presentaion was so interesting but her voice was small.

Mizuho Sakaguchi:Millefeuille It came from French.
Mille means 1000 and feuille means leaves in French.
There are many kinds of Millefeuille in the world.
Her presentaion was so detailed but it was a little different.

Yurie Yamashita:Mont Blanc It is used chestnut.
It looks like mountain and its shape was changed by Japanese.
There are various tastes.She has eaten purple sweet potate Mont Blanc.
Her presentaion was interesting but it was short a little.

Shiho Arima:Fondant chocolate At first,it was sold in Paris.
Fondant means melting in Paris.Making it is so easy.
It is used fresh cream and tastes so good.
Her presentaion was so clearly but she should prepare some picture.

Miho Ichigi:Cake wihtout milk She has allergy to egg.
So she spoke about cake for having allergy.
Her familiy orderd special cake by internet and be send from Osaka.
It was used soy milk and sweet potate.It taseted soft.
Her presentation was very very interesting but it was different.

Juri Kawasaki:Roll cake It is as a swiss roll in Japan.
Making it has two way.We could make it buy a frying pan.
It makes in anniversary.
Her voice was easy to listen but Her presentaion was different.
